Good Morning Ceil...doesn't look like we're going to get an early visit...I've been waiting since 6:30. Didn't get a FIX yesterday, the visit was IN & OUT! :(

Did I tell you that a few months ago she had a cortisone shot in her knee and the pain disappeared in her BACK? She says she hasn't felt this good in years:):)

Liberty flew in first then Belle followed.

Looks like Belle is doing all the nestorations, this morning:)
Belle is standing where Liberty use to stand and Liberty is at 1:30ish. They came in Belle did some work at egg cup. Liberty a little branch work. Now they are just standing and looking.
Belle's head is cut off at the 12 o'clock position.
Still not getting a good view of either one of them:(
Her head is cut off and can only see a few feathers of Lib.

Belle is still standing at 12 o'clock position. If someone came in without have seeing the both of them. They would think that is Liberty since he likes 12 o'clock.

We have Norfolk sitting on tree limbs. One above the nest. The other sitting (when you look at pic)near bottom right corner on a limb.
Good morning all. I am not quite sure how I missed seeing our eagles this morning. I have been sitting right here working and watching. Been alot of action in Norfolk and some in Maine but I did not see them in OUR nest. Thanks Dana for the pic. I am so confused!!!!!??????

We have rescued a little dog and chaos rules here today. It is a little bitty miniature dachshund, pitiful looking little thing. Someone that my brother-in-law works with's parents had him. They kept him tied up on a porch outside. He has almost no hair and is so afraid of everything. My other 3 dachshunds are gonna help him get better and then we hope to find him a good home. I have fostered dogs before but I am not to good at it, don't want to let them go. Definitely gonna be a challenge getting this little guy healthy. Gotta call the vet today and make him an appointment.
Hey, Sissy....you probably just blinked at the wrong moment!!! Don't worry....they will be back eventually!! Have a good day...wear the brace and keep foot elevated as much as possible!!
Awwwwww...you are such a kind soul, Sissy. I could never do it...I would get too attached. Love to the puppy from me and my Cinnamon. I hope he makes it and isn't psychologically damaged. Poor little baby out in the cold...how can perople be so heartless? Now I'm crying....just breaks my heart. God bless you, SIssy.
I don't know how people do it. I don't understand why someone gets a pet and never gives it any attention. Why bother at all? My babies are so much a part of our family. A friend of mine got me started doing this. I am no very successful at fostering part. We have only let go of one out of 3 that we have fostered. The other 2 are in bed with Tom!! ☺

The Norfolk nest is a busy place isn't it? I have never watched it before. I really like it. Great view of them and their comings and goings.
I just read Hedgie's query on my email, but AOL froze up again before I could make another move.
I don't know if it's the virus...a scan last night got a couple of apparently unimportant things, but I downloaded Microsoft's fix anyway.
AOL has been troubles, and I've been doing a couple of other things (Christmas is too close)...I don't think I got any emails from you guys until this morning ... whatever the cause.
Got to try and unfreeze AOL and say 'good morning' to Suzanne now.

Good morning, everyone. Nice sunny start to the day, too bad it isn't supposed to end that way. More snow on the way, but better than the ice storm others are supposed to get.
I know everyone who has had bad weather will think I am nuts, but I wish we would have some snow or something. It has been between 50-60 degrees every day. I want Christmas weather, not spring weather!!!
Ya'll look at the pic of Tom and all these dogs. I just posted it to Sissy's pics. How funny!!
Sissy, come on over for a little winter, we have snow for tonight, Saturday and Tuesday in the forecast. Maybe that will be the end of this cycle for awhile. Saturday's snow is not supposed to be nice.

Looks like it is going to be a 4-dog morning, noon, and night for a while. I am gonna go to PetFinders and also there is a dachshund resucue society somewhere. I have a friend that knows that stuff.
At first the woman told me he was 5 but then last night when I went to get him, she said maybe 7, so I don't know. The vet can probably give me an idea. He is so malnourished it is hard to tell by looking at him.

The Atlanta cam went back to 10-5 for now and they are shutting down completely 1/1/2009. Don't get me started Jim, I can't hardly live for thinking about it. The cam is up now though.

My sound is fine.
Mine has been great all morning. Now is going in and out a little bite. I just had right before that
"a Potential Threat notice from Protection Program to click remove". I did and now I am having some interruption in sound.
You can really see how long her hooked beak is with the cam this close....so cool.

That was such a great visit. Don't know what happened for awhile with sound. It came back and I was setting up other cams. They did seem to leave in a hurray.
