Hoda - that must have been an awesome experience. I have yet to witness that but I probably could if I would sit along the Potomac River for an afternoon. You'll never forget that feeling you had as that was happening! Wonderful!
Requesting prayers for Samantha and her family as she undergoes surgery for the tonsils tomorrow Thank you..
Judie - glad to see you! I did eat 2 small ice cream sandwiches today!
Hi, Everyone, Looks like I've missed a lot of you tonight.
Lynn, Charlee & Katie were both really frisky today, too--they must've gotten the same memo as Liesl! Between both of them and Emma, I'm worn out too!
JudyE, thanks for the input about Kodak printers. I will have to go check them out. :o]
Lolly, poor Joseph! Hope the yellow jacket stings stop hurting very quickly!
Lynne2, prayers for healing for all of your kitties! Sorry your weekend plans got changed.
Prayers for Samantha & family for her tonsil surgery tomorrow.
Wanda, glad the soup kitchen went well!
Judie, hope your legs & ankle feel better tomorrow. Thanks for setting the night light timer.
Well, think I'll call it a night. Prayers said for everyone here, and for all creatures. Turning on the porch light. Enabling both security systems. Sleep well, everyone, and I will talk to you tomorrow. God bless, and goodnight! Love all of you! :o]
LOLLY - 90 degrees at 10pm? That sounds like Fresno or Bakersfield! Holy Cow! You need to get to Colorado FAST! Oh, poor Jospeh - being swarmed like that is traumatizing. Good thing it wasn't me, I'd have been running in the house screaming peeling off clothes all the way!
Darn, no infrared on the new Pax Osprey Cam. Can't wait to get another view this morning. Awesome, LORETTA! You gotta love your job. :)
MARGY - Had a bad case of vertigo once - thought it was the flu or something at first because of the nausea. After 3 doc visits I went to an ENThroat specialist. In less than a minute, she looked in my ear then said,"Clariten-D." The "D" is the decongesting Clariten and she said it would clear the congestion in my ear. Total relief in 3 days = gone!
WANDA - you are amazing with all the wonderful things you and Gene do to help others! A big hug!
No dilly-dallying (lol) this morning. Getting ready for work and a visit from Belle and Truder later this morning. Glad you Night Owls got to see them both last night.

Feels like temp in 90's now Hey only 6 min on facebook video so it will be done as I am leaving BBL HAGD and thanks for crossing all of your body parts
Looks like that's it for the morning nestcapades. Heading toward e-mail, newspapers, breakfast.... Malcolm and I will have a romp at 10 a.m. with a friend, his 8 year old twins and two 18 month old Labradoodles. I'll take M. to the dog park at 6 p.m. and expect to have one deliciously tired pooch by 7:30 this evening ! Hope you all have a great day ! BBL
I wish that the blog had a min counter on uploading like facebook
Just got a sorry having problem with video on the blog as if I didn't know that already ok its a go for this afternoon not today but the videos are on facebook that was successful
At least one of the triplets is getting nasty. I think the chick on the ground is "NZ" if that's the one that was out while its leg calloused over a break. Now, the eaglet that was wingercizing on the closest "A" frame perch is aggresively going after her and all you see is slow-mo wings blurring.
G☼☼D Morning Eagle Pals... great reporting once again, I slept in a little, too much obviously ! My computer was a little bum-fuzzled this morning also Sorry I missed the Gathering at the Cafe...or was there coffee this morning ??
Wow how about the Eagle Sighting Hoda had ! Nifty !
Lori Thanks for the Claritin Advice... and I also tried Lynn/Hedgie's alcohol drops last night...am not completely dizzy-free (would I EVER BE ☺ ??) but things are a little better today
MARGY - please take the Claritin D. Just make sure it's got the "D" because it's the decongestant one that makes it go away. Hope you feel better. I think you can get it in generic, too.
Lori not yet this morning but the sun needs to hit there a little more. He was there a lot yesterday. Glad I a least got one ( : Thank you for asking friend.
Margy type in "flag clip art" that will get you some sweetie.
Glad Margy mentioned about the retiree's. I read it and forgot to write comment.
Hedge-Lynn I know each time it is like losing a friend due to your involvement and working there. Sorry for your loss. Prayers for their family and friends and for you Lynn.
Thank you Margy for remembering to make a comment.
Been a little tired since Shirley's virtual party. We do know how to have a good time!
Lynn, so sorry about your friends. Prayers for them, their families, and you.
Have to read back. Don't know what happened to Jo's trees.
Hoda, how cool to see an eagle in flight and fishing. Happy you had that wonderful experience.
Congratulations to Samantha and may she enjoy a different flavor ice cream every day.
Glad BroCat is better but sorry the others are not well. Hope they get well quickly. So happy Steve has some work to keep him busy. Wishing a new job for him.
Going to check the links and cams, finish my coffee, and then go try to find some more herbs to plant. Found out Black Swallowtails like parsley and carrots. Speaking of butterflies, got my butterfly bush planted along with some daylilies. Deer made a visit. Put out Ivory soap and human hair.
Well, other than having an officer injured or killed, my next worst nightmare is having an officer go bad. One of my former students, a DC Sgt, arrested for forging checks to obtain money from an elderly woman. So disappointed.
Prayers for Samantha for her tonsillectomy for sure! That kid has her time well-planned: no talking and lots of ice cream---LOL!!! Judie, it would be a long trip for Jo to enjoy I/C with her---she's at Ft. Bragg!!!
Glad that the early-bird crew had a good visit with Belle and Beau! TY for video's, JudyE!
Lori, Jekyll and Hyde are excellent names for your vultures!
Margy, sounds like your day IS busy already---tho' I'm not hearing YOU!
ROFL---Liesl is worrying an 8-legged thing to death (I WISH!)....she saw it by the fridge....before either of us could get it, it went under fridge. Now she's watching, scratching, sniffing for it!!! It is small and light-colored....she is sharp!!
GOOD MORNING EVERYONE... It is a beautiful morning here in Nestville...68° going up to 80°. My kind of weather:)
Best wishes for Samantha, today. Getting those nasty, bad, tonsils out will make her feel better! My favorite foods, when I had my surgery, were Swanson's canned chicken...so tender and delicious...and plenty of ice cream:)
Kids at Bible School told us, yesterday, that these were the best snacks they have ever had during Bible School days. We have been serving sandwiches, etc., because snack time is late (7:55 til 8:10pm) and those kids are hungry for more than cookies and chips:) Of course, it made us feel good to hear them say that:) Sloppy Joes and yogurt sticks today.
Hi Jim and Wanda! You two are early today! Are you feeling better today, Jim, or are you up early because you don't feel good?? Sending you healing ORDERS--this is your nurse talking! Wanda, what ages are your Bible school attendees?
Hard for me to decide whether I am going to go to the Soup Kitchen or to Bible School! Wanda you are Too Good To Be True! When do you think they will present You and Gene with Sainthood! You sure deserve it in my book! ♥
Google asked me to Sign In on here after my 1st comment - I had to go to my Cheat Sheet since I couldn't remember because I haven't done it for soooooooooo long. As you see I finally found it.
HODA - I bet you dreamed about "Fishing Eagles" ! I feel that is a special blessing to see that! ♥
But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.
Lynn, ages for Bible School are 3yrs. and up...special classes are open to adults. We have about 20 children and maybe 15 adults. Most of the adults are also helers with the children's games and crafts. I also, agree that BS should be later on in the Summer. Don't know why they start so early, unless it is to not conflict with family vacations.
JO, Saints? Oh no! You know how BAD I am!;) I feel like thanking them for letting us be a part of their fun:)
Thank you for all your love and support and prayers during these last few weeks. By the light of the moon and the stars, and in mine and John's arms, Nugz passed over to the Rainbow Bridge early this morning. He is no longer in any pain or discomfort, and is reunited with his dear beloved Boo. ♥
Thank you all, I don't know how I would have made it without you ♥
Paula you have brought tears to my eyes - Nugz was blessed in having you and all your family members to give him such a loving life. Prayers for you to have peace in your heart ♥ Thank you for letting us know!
PAULA I am so sorry for your loss I sit here crying for you It is such a great loss when we loose a pet They are every much a member of a family that a child in my eyes Please know we care!
Oh, Paula, sweet girl, I am so very sorry. My heart aches for you again. I am so glad that John was with you. Poor Nugz will know no more suffering and he and Bo will cross that Rainbow bridge together. I'm crying with you. ((((HUGS))))
Paula We've all said it all in so many different ways. but I have to come and add how very sorry I am that you lost Nugz. You did everything you knew to do for BOTH of your dogs. They were indeed treasured and had wonderful lives in your care.
Oh Paula, bless your heart! I am so, so, so sorry!! Love and hugs to you. Just doesn't seem fair to suffer so much loss in such a short time! What a blessing to love an animal the way we do. People have no idea of the joy it can bring. Tears for you, my friend!!
Good afternoon! Yard is done, work is complete for today. I have showered and plan to stay in for the rest of the day.
So much to comment on but first to Paula. Paula, I just read the blog and tears are streaming down my face. We have loved Nugz right along with you. We feel your sorrow. (((Hugs))) You are certainly a great doggie parent and did so very well with both your babies!
Wanda, I'll be coming along with Jo to either the soup kitchen or bible school. Well, maybe we'll splurge and go to both. You and Father Capt. Gene are really very, very special people.
A few years ago I stepped on a Landscape timber that had a yellow jackets nest. They swarmed me and I did run across the yard tearing off my clothes. Can't remember if I was screaming, I think not, no one was home to hear me. I gave myself an Epipen shot and drove myself to the hospital. I am allergic to wasp stings and and did not know about yellow jackets. Apparently I am not allergic to them. (Good thing as I married one! LOL) I had over 20 stings. ER took good care of me!
JUDIE...fennel also attracts black swallowtail butterflies. In fact we have butterfly eggs on our fennel right now.
Hi, Everyone, Getting here later than I would've liked again, but the bulldogs and Emma are all taken care of, and the house is cleaned up.
Paula, I am SOOOO sorry to read that dear Nugz has passed over the Rainbow Bridge! My heart just goes out to you, and to your family. You have been SUCH a good Mom to both Nugz and to Boo! It's good that he is not in pain any more, and that he had so much fun at the b---- house with you! I'm sure that Boo met him at the Rainbow Bridge, and that they are together again. (((HUGS))) for you! So sorry that you are having to go through all this again, so soon. :o{
Prayers, indeed, for Samantha! Ice cream is good, but Jell-O feels good on a sore throat, too.
Judie, sorry for the disappointment with the former student. (((HUGS))).
Well, I need to get busy with the transcription again. Will check back here later tonight.
Judie, I read the police report in our small hometown paper. Always looking for names of former students. Had not seen any for a long time, then the other day saw where one was arrested for public intoxication. I am always so disappointed when I see a name.
Going to take Annie to the vet tomorrow. We have not seen the vet since last summer when he gave us medicine for her. He does not know or maybe he has figured it out, that we are not giving her the medicine. She is now down to 9lbs from 13 lbs. She is due her shots and needs them before we take her to "camp" while we camp.
Judie - I didn't have ice cream..yet. I almost ate an ice cream sandwich to toast Samantha! But I remembered that I had a banana with some peanut butter for breakfast and a Vanilla Youplait for lunch - and I am so darn hungry Like for something crunchy - Perhaps I'll a bowl of Cheerios... I just have to lose some weight because I am uncomfortable and a bit wobbly on my feet which scares me. I still want the ice cream! Later.........
Jo, I continue to loose weight. I am not on the Nutri System diet anymore, but I am watching what I eat and walking. I was so excited when I got on the scales this morning as my weight was the lowest in years. Yea me! You can do it too!
JUDIE so sorry about your student all you can do is teach them and hope that they choose the right path to take and some do and some don't ODD when Jordyn had her tonsil out they told no ice cream because of it causes flem and didn't want any un necessary couging for healing something to do they way they did them for her age
OK I am trying one more time to download the little over 6 min video of this morning visit I did get one on this am but this one is being a real bugger Maybe to long for blog don't know what the limits are Does anyone else know Paula or Shirley you both have done video right is there a limit on size I know face book does whcih is 20 min I did get both on face book
We just got the same message as earlier having trouble downloading it so I give up I didn't realize it was that long this am was to busy typing I guess Will watch time nest time or stop talking so much (blogging) BBL gonna do something ever if is wrong
Yes, Lynn, the weight loss for Annie is to be expected. We keep a close eye on her to make sure she is not in pain. She is still eating, and drinks tons of water. (another symptom) She has always eater Science Diet dry food. I have just started giving her canned food as well and she loves it! She is 16 this month.
JudyE---they don't want any coughing for any age after a tonsillectomy! Also---NO STRAWS. Sucking on a straw can break loose a scab and cause bleeding, too!
I am staying in but guess I could do a little house cleaning now. LOL Nice just sitting though!
Lynn, loved your poem for Paula. I highlighted it, right clicked on it and thought I was printing just it. LOL Ended up printing 34 pages of the blog. Yikes! Next time I print from my laptop to the printer in the study guess I better check on it. LOL
No, Lynn....do not need to stop loosing! I think I could loose another 10 pounds or so. I am not really trying to loose weight just maintain. I love being down 2 sizes and I think I might be close to being down yet anther size. Wow!

WE HAVE A EAGLE IN OUR NESTIts is a good day
TRUDER CRUISES INTO THE NEST.
Just sitting in middle of nest
picking at flugg in middle
forgot to say it was truder
TRUDER SHOULD OFFICIALLY BE MADE AN "EARLY BIRD." HE IS ALWAYS THE FIRST ONE IN THE NEST.
he is always the first to arrive
picking in middle still looking around also
big peices of flugg and sticks moving about
like he is making a cup
TRUDER DOING HIS PICKING FLUG AT THE OLD NEST CUP AND SOME EARLY MORNING NESTORATIONS ON THE RAIL AT 7.
PICK pick in the middle and to the edge at 9
sitting in middle picking still funny he moved his feet like he was marching bet flugg got stuck
or like he was stomping it down
AT THE OLD NEST CUP IT LOOKS LIKE HE JUST TRIED TO BURY HIS HEAD IN IT!
in middle looking around now moving to 9 and picking at sticks on rail
looks really busy and unimpressive
going to the leaf behind it now
still sittin numde leaf his head is gone only tail i see
motor cycle in back ground
His little head is gone oh there it is he pops out of leaf
NU NU has got to cut that branch out
It is definitely has not changed the plus sign on his head
at 6 under the branch still not really moving once in awhile he will turn his head
HANGING OUT UNDERTHE LEAVES, GAZING OUT TO THE SIDES LOOKING FOR BELLE?
Still sitting ther very boring
Big yawn
no noise came out of his mouth that why I said yawn
could he have called out and we not heard it I do have sound
See the white spots on the back when he sit right there
TRUDER SEEMS RATHER SOLEMN THIS MORNING. WHERE'S OUR CRAZY NESTORATOR?
funny that this browser is working and the other is going nuts and so far its working good if I disappear that will be the reason I went down Pretty sounding bird at nest
PREENING UNDER HIS RIGHT WING. MUST BE ITCHY. HE IS REALLY DIGGING IN THERE.
truder doing some major preeening under wings under leaf on his back
BELLE is here
BELLE ARRIVES!
I heard her wing before I saw her
BELLE FLEW IN VERY FAST OVER 3 THEN SET 'ER DOWN!
belle picking in middle and turnder at 5
not turnder to fast type
Belle is still in middle and truder off beneath her
OOOOOHH, BEAKING IN THE CENTER. BELLE PLAYING IN FLUG IN THE MIDDLE. TRUDER IS FACING 1 AND PLAYING THE "BURY MY HEAD" GAME AGAIN. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?
They look like they are cooperating this morning
TEAM WORK
beaking beaking
nose to nose or beak to beak in this case
OOOOH, TRUDER MOVES OVER & PRACTICALLY PUTS HIS HEAD UNER BELLE'S CHEST, THEN BRINGS HIS CHEST UP AND PECKS BELLE. SHE TAKES A FEW STEPS BACK AND ADJUSTS HER WINGS. LOL!
Belle sitting at top and truder at 5
both looking around camera is getting interference
still sitting
Belle looks up at camera Say cheese
IS TRUDER GOING TO YOYO? HE'S STANDING ON THE RAIL AT 3, BUT FACING 6, LOOKING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN BELLE AND THE GREAT BEYOND. HE WANTS BELLE TO WANT HIM, DOESN'T HE?
she moved to where he is picking at flugg
I think they are listening to the bird singing LOL but they act like something is around
he moved to 7 picking belle in middle
LOOKS LIKE A STANDOFF WITH EACH LOOKING OUT OF THE NEST IN OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS.
GOOD PICTURE OF THEM AS A COUPLE JUDY!
we have statues today for the most part
truder turned around BELLE should bite his tail feather now
but she won't she is a lady
Trunder has itch on back again
BELLE'S GONNA TAKE OFF
she looks like she want to poof
POOF BELLE she was looking first and then POOF
So funny you know when she is leaving POOF TRUDER
SHE MAKES NO SECRET WHEN SHE'S NOT HAPPY.
OH my poor puter I think since the visit is over and I don't think they will be back I will just close and reopen its still spinning and screen on the one browser is gray cloudy but this one is fine a little slow see ya in a bit powering down
TRUDER BACK IN THE NEST!
STANDIG UNDER THE LEAVES AT 5 LOOKING BEHIND HIM.
POOF! TRUDER TAKES OFF FROM 3.
83 degrees right now OK I'm back p I know what the problem is My computer has a update that WINDOWS want me to do HMM it ususally updates on own so that is why I am slow I will have to update it but not now it will have to wait till I am done

Hi KAY!
Dogs, like kids, love discipline and knowing what's expected of them. You are the leader of his pack right now so don't let him fool you! Woof!
I might get teary eyed having at least half of our Early Birds here so early this morning! MARGY, COME ON IN and make my day! Bring a tissue.
Hoda, how exciting is the sighting of an eagle swooping down to nab a fish ! We all envy you !
Lolly, poor, poor Joseph. Hope he's responding well to his mother's TLC. Such an encounter could and would put some people in the hospital.
Jo, prayers for Samantha ! I like her plan for the next two weeks !
Oh. Forgive me, JO.
Thanks for the reminder, KAY,
of prayers for Samantha and
her tonsilectomy.

Just got a sorry having problem with video on the blog as if I didn't know that already ok its a go for this afternoon not today
but the videos are on facebook that was successful
I should point out that my avatar is of the sweeter of the Black Vulture parents nesting at my house. Think I'll call the parents Hekyl and Jekyl.
I miss you KAY!
A great shot on the cam of the NBG eaglets now...all three were up close - not on the swing branch.
Now one is on the branch, another on the closest "A" frame perch, another playing near the tub on the ground. Love them!
At least one of the triplets is getting nasty. I think the chick on the ground is "NZ" if that's the one that was out while its leg calloused over a break.
Now, the eaglet that was wingercizing on the closest "A" frame perch is aggresively going after her and all you see is
slow-mo wings blurring.

Good morning,
Lori--Hekyl and Jekyl--I love it!!
Loud meowing from Lucky Kitty this morning. I went to check on him, and he is high on catnip.
Lori
Thanks for the Claritin Advice...
and I also tried Lynn/Hedgie's alcohol drops last night...am not completely dizzy-free (would I EVER BE ☺ ??)
but things are a little better today
MARGY - please take the Claritin D. Just make sure it's got the "D" because it's the decongestant one that makes it go away. Hope you feel better. I think you can get it in generic, too.
Ah, SHIRLEY. Catnip, a cat's best friend! I used to grow it then stopped when it was attracting all the cats in the neighborhood.
Ok Lori...Thanks !
Shirley, Hope you and Hunter enjoy your day together...kind of a work day but hope there is some PlayTime in there also
okay, time to make a pea and split
xox ♥
Good Morning Eagle Family.
I see Lori and JudyE have been in and left wonderful comments on the visit to the nest from Truder and Belle.
Margy, Kay and Shirley are up and about.
Shirley and Hunter I think are heading to clean out drawers at school.
Prayers for Mema Jo's Samantha having her tonsils out today.
Well Flag Day is over changed back to my flower avatar.
At Pax Osprey nest flying in and out and in. Bringing in new sticks to freshen up the nest.
Good Morning Dana.
Have you seen your hummingbird any more?
Hunter is sleeping in for a bit this morning before we head out.
Lori not yet this morning but the sun needs to hit there a little more. He was there a lot yesterday. Glad I a least got one ( : Thank you for asking friend.
Lynn
am very sorry of the loss of two more of your retiree folks
Prayers for the families
Good Morning from Work, but I think we are going to be busy, so
Hello More Morning Eagle Pals, and So Long for.....awhile
I was pretty disappointed, Google did not have any special Flag Day Graphics Tuesday...
cartoons and guitars from time to time, but No Flag :(
xoxoxo ♥
Margy type in "flag clip art" that will get you some sweetie.
Glad Margy mentioned about the retiree's. I read it and forgot to
write comment.
Hedge-Lynn I know each time it is like losing a friend due to your involvement and working there. Sorry for your loss. Prayers for their family and friends and for you Lynn.
Thank you Margy for remembering to
make a comment.
Good morning!

Morning all:) Beautiful outside, have been watering all morn-
Today's nest weather- Sunny. Highs in the upper 70s. Northwest winds around 5 mph.
Well, other than having an officer injured or killed, my next worst nightmare is having an officer go bad. One of my former students, a DC Sgt, arrested for forging checks to obtain money from an elderly woman. So disappointed.
Good morning all.
Oh, Judie, so sorry that the sgt. was one of your students.....can well understand your disappointment.
Heard Margy!
Megan, what was your low temp this AM? 55° here. Now 61°.
ROFL---Liesl is worrying an 8-legged thing to death (I WISH!)....she saw it by the fridge....before either of us could get it, it went under fridge. Now she's watching, scratching, sniffing for it!!! It is small and light-colored....she is sharp!!
Hedgie-Lynn I can just see Liesl now. I am laughing lol..she is such a great doggie.
Oh Judie that is so dishearting
to find a former student. Now a DC Sgt. has illegally obtained monies and has charges against him.
I think it's a her, Dana, if I heard the news correctly yesterday.

A GOOD WEDNESDAY
MORNING TO YOU ALL
************************
C(°ٿ°)D Jim
GOOD MORNING EVERYONE...
It is a beautiful morning here in Nestville...68° going up to 80°. My kind of weather:)
Best wishes for Samantha, today. Getting those nasty, bad, tonsils out will make her feel better! My favorite foods, when I had my surgery, were Swanson's canned chicken...so tender and delicious...and plenty of ice cream:)
Kids at Bible School told us, yesterday, that
these were the best snacks they have ever had during Bible School days. We have been serving sandwiches, etc., because snack time is late (7:55 til 8:10pm) and those kids are hungry for more than cookies and chips:) Of course, it made us feel good to hear them say that:)
Sloppy Joes and yogurt sticks today.
Hi Jim and Wanda! You two are early today! Are you feeling better today, Jim, or are you up early because you don't feel good?? Sending you healing ORDERS--this is your nurse talking!
Wanda, what ages are your Bible school attendees?
Well, darn....hair cut apptmt. postponed til Fri. Guess I'll stay a mop-head for a couple more days.
Good Late Morning - I did it again and read everything from today then got caught up on emails and FB
I sure hope Liesl gets that creepy crawler! lol She is going to be
your Great Protector, Lynn.
Thank You for the prayers for Samantha today! I haven't heard
yet from Christine.
Hard for me to decide whether I am
going to go to the Soup Kitchen or
to Bible School! Wanda you are Too
Good To Be True! When do you think
they will present You and Gene with
Sainthood! You sure deserve it in
my book! ♥
Google asked me to Sign In on here
after my 1st comment - I had to go to my Cheat Sheet since I couldn't
remember because I haven't done it
for soooooooooo long. As you see I finally found it.
HODA - I bet you dreamed about
"Fishing Eagles" ! I feel that is a special blessing to see that! ♥
Thought for the day:
But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.
~ Isaiah 40:31, NLT
Lynn, ages for Bible School are 3yrs. and up...special classes are open to adults. We have about 20 children and maybe 15 adults. Most of the adults are also helers with the children's games and crafts.
I also, agree that BS should be later on in the Summer. Don't know why they start so early, unless it is to not conflict with family vacations.
JO, Saints? Oh no! You know how BAD I am!;) I feel like thanking them for letting us be a part of their fun:)
Love that verse, Lynn...one of my favorites~
oh these kestrels are so cute!
Nebraska Kestrel Cam
nice thought Lynn, nice verse...goes a long way...
Hi Wanda!
Hard Hat time
just a little bothersome to have to hit the refresh button
just checking in mid-day
waitin' on our Breadkfast for Lunch to be ready
Just got a pic on FB from Christine of my ggd all geared up
for surgery - even has a smile on her face! ♥
At least the kestrels won't fall out of their nest!!
Afternoon, all.
Jo, Prayers for Sam, I know she will do just fine....and enjoy her ice cream :)
Lori and JudyE, thanks so much for the morning nest report.
Lynn, love the fact that Liesl is after that 8 legged creature.
Thanks for the Pax osprey cam link.
Hoda, so pleased you got to see an eagle fishing!
Shirley, hope this is your last day!!
Lynne, glad you had a better day at work.
Sorry if I've missed anything!
And to my dear friends,
Thank you for all your love and support and prayers during these last few weeks. By the light of the moon and the stars, and in mine and John's arms, Nugz passed over to the Rainbow Bridge early this morning. He is no longer in any pain or discomfort, and is reunited with his dear beloved Boo. ♥
Thank you all, I don't know how I would have made it without you ♥
Know you are anxious, Jo...but all will be fine. I know Sammie is in good hands!
Paula you have brought tears to my
eyes - Nugz was blessed in having
you and all your family members to
give him such a loving life.
Prayers for you to have peace in
your heart ♥ Thank you for letting
us know!
Oh, Paula, I am so sorry. (((Hugs))) Glad Nugz is not in pain anymore.
It is so hard to know what words to say at a time like this, PAULA, but know you have or love and sympathy♥
PAULA I am so sorry for your loss I sit here crying for you It is such a great loss when we loose a pet They are every much a member of a family that a child in my eyes Please know we care!
REMEMBER the MEMORIES
I came home for lunch did update now am leaving BBL
PAULA -
So sorry to hear that NUGZ has left the humans he loved so much. He knows he could not have had a better Mom.
At least you know where his favorite spot is at the beach. And he'll be there waiting for you.
That's heart breaking Paula. I'm so sorry you're going through this again.
Paula, (((((HUGS))))) is all I know to do right now. Love you much and my heart is breaking for you. Bless Nugz' heart. Pain is over for sure.
I wanted to report that although I have no deer in Bluefield, I do have Alvin, Simon and Theodore.
Oh Paula, bless your heart! I am so, so, so sorry!! Love and hugs to you. Just doesn't seem fair to suffer so much loss in such a short time! What a blessing to love an animal the way we do. People have no idea of the joy it can bring. Tears for you, my friend!!
HEAVEN'S DOGGY-DOOR
My best friend closed his eyes last
night, As his head was in my hand.
The Doctors said he was in pain,
...And it was hard for him to stand.
The thoughts that scurried through
my head, As I cradled him in my arms.
Were of his younger, puppy years,
And OH...his many charms.
Today, there was no gentle nudge
With an intense "I love you gaze",
Only a heart that's filled with tears,
Remembering our joy filled days.
But an Angel just appeared to me,
And he said, "You should cry no more,
GOD also loves our canine friends,
HE's installed a "doggy-door"!
--- Jan Cooper --- 1995
Loretta, your cam is so lovely today! Blues and greens are so vibrant.
Liesl is on the deck, fascinated by the hummers. Hope she doesn't strain her neck looking up!
Hornby article
Today is Nature Photography Day!
Hoda, I read that your postal system is on strike. :(
Jo? Jo? Is that you eating ice cream? Don't try to hide it. I know what you're doing.
Yes, Dana, it is disappointing and the officer is a female.
Lynn, did Liesl capture and dispose of the creature? Hope it wasn't a SPIDER.
Paula, I am so very sad for you. Nugz and Boo will enjoy being together again.
Hi, Everyone,
Getting here later than I would've liked again, but the bulldogs and Emma are all taken care of, and the house is cleaned up.
Paula, I am SOOOO sorry to read that dear Nugz has passed over the Rainbow Bridge! My heart just goes out to you, and to your family. You have been SUCH a good Mom to both Nugz and to Boo! It's good that he is not in pain any more, and that he had so much fun at the b---- house with you!
I'm sure that Boo met him at the Rainbow Bridge, and that they are together again. (((HUGS))) for you!
So sorry that you are having to go through all this again, so soon. :o{
Judie---it WAS a Boris---8-legged! ANd no, she didn't catch it to my knowledge. After she's in bed tonight, I'll spray around the fridge!
Lolly, stay cool! Rest!
Beestings of any kind are nothing to take lightly. People don't believe that they can BECOME allergic at ANY time....no past history required.
Andy, actually Jello is BETTER after tonsillectomy. Or popsicles/sherbet. Dairy products usually produce mucous, and can also cause a grainy feeling.
Judie - I didn't have ice cream..yet. I almost ate an ice
cream sandwich to toast Samantha!
But I remembered that I had a banana with some peanut butter for breakfast and a Vanilla Youplait for lunch - and I am so darn hungry
Like for something crunchy - Perhaps I'll a bowl of Cheerios...
I just have to lose some weight
because I am uncomfortable and a
bit wobbly on my feet which scares me. I still want the ice cream! Later.........
Lynn, just read the Hornby article. Very interesting! I think I want to move to Hornby Island. Doesn't that sound like a wonderful idea? LOL
Jo, I continue to loose weight. I am not on the Nutri System diet anymore, but I am watching what I eat and walking. I was so excited when I got on the scales this morning as my weight was the lowest in years. Yea me! You can do it too!
JUDIE so sorry about your student all you can do is teach them and hope that they choose the right path to take and some do and some don't
ODD when Jordyn had her tonsil out they told no ice cream because of it causes flem and didn't want any un necessary couging for healing something to do they way they did them for her age
That's a lot of weight loss, Lolly....did the vet anticipate that with the disease?
OK I am trying one more time to download the little over 6 min video of this morning visit I did get one on this am but this one is being a real bugger Maybe to long for blog don't know what the limits are Does anyone else know Paula or Shirley you both have done video right is there a limit on size I know face book does whcih is 20 min I did get both on face book
We just got the same message as earlier having trouble downloading it so I give up I didn't realize it was that long this am was to busy typing I guess Will watch time nest time or stop talking so much (blogging) BBL gonna do something ever if is wrong
I figured it out I can TRIM with my real player so I can down load it in to 2 3 min ones YEAH I love it when I can figure stuff out
I'm gonna give it a try Lolly
I think the answer is not only the
eating better but the walking!
Scooting out of here
BBL
almost forgot to change to WED DAD picture
I'm heading out to wash my truck The wheels are horrible BBIALW Hold down the fort I know someone is always LM
Jo, doesn't sound like you are eating enough!
Lolly, you need to STOP losing!!!
LOL
Time for me and Liesl to head out for class. See you all later this evening!!!
No, Lynn....do not need to stop loosing! I think I could loose another 10 pounds or so. I am not really trying to loose weight just maintain. I love being down 2 sizes and I think I might be close to being down yet anther size. Wow!
Hello eagle momsters and dadsters.
Paula-So sorry for you and your families loss today. Prayers your way.
Headed out to eat with gs. I know
you will have SPLIT by the time I
get back.......'
BBL
