Thanks so much to everybody at NCTC for getting our babies back to us. It was a dreadful few days, not knowing what was going on. Lolly, I am glad he got up for you. They rest too long sometimes and give all us "Mommies" something else to worry about.

Tuesday, 6:00 a.m. Suzanne, Steve had said before that our babies won't be banded. I bet it will be interesting to watch the falcons because it has sound. For anybody that doesn't have the live feed and just looks at the eagle cam photos, the third eaglet is at the trunk of the tree and you can barely see him but he is there.

It looks like these younguns are getting some serious air under them when they are flapping their wings. Don't look like it will be too much longer. WAH!WAH!

7:36am Jo-MD It's so good to be able to get the video up first thing in the morning. Thanks to NCTC & Steve, we're thankful you've returned. I don't think any of us would have made it through the past 3 days if we hadn't been able to share our thoughts with eachother on the Blog. It's no picnic going through 'withdrawal' all by yourself! There's a lot of practice flying going on -It just looks like they're going to knock the other out of the nest or keep on going!

My live feed isn't working again and I only see two on the still camera, does anyone see all of them?

10:28am Jo-MD My live feed is also down. The 3 are there- Big Boy perches right under the cam by the tree trunk-if you look close you will see his head. I had the video in the corner of my screen & happened to think that they were taking too long of a nap - until I realized it wasn't working. Live Eagle Cam is up - thank goodness!

I have a whole new appreciation for the eagle cam (stills) since we were without all of it over the weekend. Not as good as the live feed but absolutely better than nothing at all!!

Hey Steve! Thanks again to all NCTC staff for getting 'our' camera up and running again.

A couple of questions: Are the adults still beak-feeding the eaglets? And since the adults aren't on the nest very much any more, is one always in sight of the nest, or are they 'out and about' all day? Thanks for educating us!
